To ensure the participation of students in quality improvement and decision making a college student union is formed annually after the completion of college admissions, according to the rules framed by the University as directed by the Lyngdoh Committee. The office bearers of student union are elected on a direct election basis. Each student of the college is the part of electorate. Meetings of the elected members are held twice each month and their suggestions for the student welfare and development of college are incorporated
