The manual describing the organization, duties and powers of officers and employees of the college, prepared according to 17 important points of the RTI Act section 4 is available in the college with the Office Superintendent. A copy of any part of this manual can be obtained by any person at the minimal charge of Rs. 2 per page.

A person, who desires to obtain any information under this Act, shall make a request in writing or through electronic means in English or Hindi, along with such fee as may be prescribed, to the Public Information Officers, specifying the particulars of the information sought by him or her.
