The college has a dedicated Grievance Redressal Committee, headed by Dr. Nandkishor Chamola, to address and resolve concerns raised by students, faculty, and staff. The committee conducts regular meetings to discuss and carefully handle grievances in a fair and transparent manner.

If an individual is not satisfied with the decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee, they may escalate the matter to the Principal. In cases where the issue remains unresolved at the institutional level, the complainant has the right to approach the Directorate of Higher Education, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, for further resolution.
